Scope: This standard specifies the preparation procedure, system composition, comprehensive emergency plan, special emergency plan, on-site disposal plan and annexes for production and business units to prepare emergency plans for production safety accidents (hereinafter referred to as emergency plans). This standard is applicable to the preparation of emergency plans of production and business units, and the preparation of emergency plans of other social organizations and units can refer to this standard.
