Scope

This standard specifies the types, dimensions and marking examples of machine reamers with straight shank and Morse taper shank. This standard applies to straight shank machine reamers with a diameter greater than 1.32 mm to 20 mm and Morse taper machine reamers with a diameter greater than 5.30 mm to 50 mm. This standard applies to standard reamers with diameter d₁ with a tolerance of m6.
