This standard specifies the index requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements in the production and processing process, packaging, labeling, storage, transportation requirements and inspection methods of vegetable protein beverages. This standard applies to milk beverages made from plant nuts, pulp and soybeans (such as soybeans, peanuts, almonds, walnut kernels, coconuts, etc.), processed and blended, and then subjected to high-pressure sterilization or aseptic packaging.
