But it does not include: tires with a nominal diameter of the axle not greater than 10 inches and a nominal diameter of the wheel not less than 25 inches; I-type spare tires for temporary use only; special ST metric tires for road trailers; high-traffic radial tires for light-duty trucks ; Truck tires with a speed capability of 80 km/ph (not included); racing tires, studded tires and special off-road tires.
