Scope
This part of GB/T1800 specifies the limit deviation value of the commonly used tolerance zone code for holes and shafts, and the value is calculated according to the standard tolerance and basic deviation value table in GB/T1800.1. It includes the upper limit deviation ES of the hole and the upper limit deviation es of the shaft, the lower limit deviation EI of the hole and the lower limit deviation ei of the shaft (see Figure 1 and Figure 2). Note: In the limit deviation value table, except for the tolerance zone codes JS and js symmetrical to the zero line, the value of the upper limit deviation ES or es is above the value of the lower limit deviation or . EIe i This section establishes the ISO code system for linear dimensional tolerances, which apply to the following types of dimensional elements: a) Cylindrical surfaces; b) Two relatively parallel surfaces. For simplicity, and to take into account the importance of cylindrical workpieces with circular cross-sections, only these elements are specified explicitly. However, for better understanding, the tolerances and deviations given in this section also apply to workpieces with non-circular cross-sections. In particular, the terms "hole" or "shaft" are often used to denote features of a cylindrical surface type (such as the tolerance dimension of a hole or shaft diameter), and for simplicity, these terms are also used for two relatively parallel surface types (such as the thickness of a key). or groove width tolerance mark). See GB/T 1800.1 for the basis and more information on terms, symbols and code systems. Note 2: The tolerance zone represented approximately corresponds to the range of nominal dimensions greater than 10 mm to 18 mm.
