Scope

This standard specifies the type, label content, label position and label requirements of motor vehicle product labels. This standard is applicable to tractors, special wheeled mechanical vehicles and special-type motor vehicles composed of automobiles and incomplete vehicle trailers, motorcycles and mopeds. Other vehicles can be implemented by reference.
