Scope

This part of GB/T 24635 gives the information description of the simulation technology used to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of a specific task, and specifies that the uncertainty evaluation software (UES) based on the simulation technology is used for the measurement of the coordinate measuring machine. business and user requirements. Appendix A of this section gives a checklist: a statement of the amount of influence; see Appendix B for elements of the Uncertainty Evaluation Software (UES). In addition, this section also describes the testing methods of this simulation software, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various testing methods, see Appendix C. Finally, by simulating the specific measurement tasks performed on the measuring coordinate measuring machine, and combining the measurement setup, environment, measurement strategy and measurement objects, the test procedures for the uncertainty of various specific tasks are described, see Appendix D, Appendix E, Appendix F and Appendix G. This section describes the general procedure, but does not limit the possibility of technical implementation, including verification and evaluation guidelines for simulation packages. The purpose of this standard is not to define new parameters for evaluating the measurement accuracy of coordinate measuring machines. This standard applies to the application of simulation techniques to assess the measurement uncertainty of a specific task when using a coordinate measuring machine.
