Scope: This part of GB/T 24635 specifies the method for evaluating the measurement uncertainty of the measurement results obtained using a coordinate measuring machine and a calibrated workpiece. Provides an experimental method for simplified uncertainty assessment of coordinate measuring machine measurements (surrogate measurements) in the same manner as actual measurements, except that an unknown measured part is replaced by a calibrated part that is similar in size and shape to the actual part . At the same time, it also involves non-substitute measurement methods on coordinate measuring machines, the necessary conditions for the uncertainty assessment process, the required measurement equipment, and the retest and intermediate inspection of measurement uncertainty.
