Scope
This standard specifies the hygienic requirements and inspection methods for margarine (margarine). This standard is applicable to plastic products with natural cream characteristics made from hydrogenated refined edible vegetable oil as the main raw material, added with water and other auxiliary materials, emulsified and quenched, and can be used for direct consumption or processed food.
