This standard specifies the index requirements of margarine (margarine), food additives, hygienic requirements in the production and processing process, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation requirements and inspection methods. This standard is applicable to plastic products with natural cream characteristics made from hydrogenated refined edible vegetable oil as the main raw material, added with water and other auxiliary materials, emulsified and quenched, and can be used for direct consumption or processed food.
