GB/T 39673.3-2020 Home and building electronic systems (HBES) and building automation and control systems (BACS)—Part 3: Electrical safety requirements
This part of GB/T 39673 specifies the electrical safety requirements for Home and Building Electronic Systems (HBES) and Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS). This section applies to electrical safety requirements related to HBES/BACS networks in addition to product safety standards for HBES/BACS equipment. This section also applies to devices in the HBES/BACS network that do not have specific HBES/BACS product security standards. In addition, this section defines the device interface expected to be connected to a HBES/BACS network. This section does not apply to interfaces connected to other networks. In addition, this section also identifies the security requirements for the device interface expected to be connected to the HBES/BACS network. This section does not apply to interfaces of other networks. Note: An example of other networks is the private ICT network covered by IEC 62949. This section applies to: --- Operator stations and other human-machine interface equipment; --- Management function equipment; --- Control equipment, automation stations and application-specific controllers; --- Field devices and their interfaces; --- - Wiring and interconnection of equipment. The above is used in a dedicated HBES/BACS network. This standard covers the following requirements and compliance criteria: — protection of equipment against hazards; — protection against network overvoltages; — protection against touch currents; — protection against hazards caused by different types of circuits; — protection of communications The line does not overheat due to excessive current.
