Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the terminology, test conditions, test instruments, test cycle, test load and test result processing of the basic parameter test methods of environmental test equipment (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"). This standard is applicable to the verification of the basic parameters of the equipment used for environmental testing of electrical and electronic products.
