This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of food additive sodium cyclamate (cyclamate). This standard is applicable to sodium cyclamate obtained by reacting cyclohexylamine with sodium hydroxide after chlorosulfonic acid or sulfamic acid is synthesized into cyclohexyl amino sulfonate as a food sweetener. The product can be used in beverages, frozen drinks, pastries, candied fruit, prepared wine, pickles and pharmaceutical accessories, etc.
