Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of food additive sodium cyclohexylamine sulfonate (cyclamate). This standard applies to sodium cyclamate (cyclamate), which is prepared from cyclohexylamine as raw material, chlorosulfonic acid or sulfamic acid to synthesize cyclamate and reacted with sodium hydroxide. This product is used as a food sweetener.
