Scope
This standard specifies the hygienic requirements and inspection methods for edible fungi. This standard is applicable to commercially available fresh edible fungi such as shiitake mushrooms, fungus, oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and mushrooms, or dried edible fungi that have been roasted and sun-dried.
