Scope
This standard specifies the hygienic requirements and inspection methods for puffed food. This standard is applicable to a class of food with a certain degree of crispiness, which is made from grains, beans, and potatoes as main raw materials, and is made by humidifying (adjusting moisture), puffing, baking, seasoning (or not seasoning) and other processes.
