- This standard specifies the principle, symbols, test equipment, samples, test procedures, test result evaluation and test report of the bending test method. This standard applies to the bending test of samples specified in the relevant product standards of metal materials to determine their bending plastic deformation capacity. But it is not applicable to the bending test of metal pipes and metal welded joints.
