Scope: This standard specifies the method for providing low-level services by a subnetwork that provides OSI data link services defined in GB/T 17547 through the operation of the subnetwork-dependent convergence function (SNDCF). It is envisaged in the agreement defined in GB/T 17179.1, and SNDCF is stipulated in GB/T 15274. This standard also provides the PICS form of this agreement, which complies with the relevant guidelines given in GB/T 17178.1.
