Scope

This standard applies to industrial high-frequency dielectric heating equipment. The equipment is used for heating, sealing, softening and softening of some conductive or non-conductive materials such as plastic, wood, rubber, fabric, glass, ceramics, paper, food, etc. in natural atmosphere and protective atmosphere (such as inert gas or vacuum).
