Scope
This part of GB/T 10066 specifies the method for measuring the output power of high-frequency dielectric heating devices. This section is applicable to the melting, drying, drying and drying of some conductive or non-conductive materials such as plastics, wood, rubber, fabrics, glass, ceramics, paper, bamboo and food in natural atmosphere and protective atmosphere (such as inert gas or vacuum). Industrial high-frequency dielectric heating devices for thermal processes such as heat sealing, disinfestation and bonding. This part involves high-frequency dielectric heating devices with a nominal frequency of 1 MHz to 300 MHz and a rated useful output power greater than 50 W. The main purpose of this part is to make it comply with the requirements specified in 6.4 of GB 5959.9-2008 when testing the electric heating power supply. It basically does not make some possible application of high-frequency heating to meet the requirements of users. Media heating is used in a wide variety of applications, so any power output values obtained from these tests should never be used as an indication of the power that a particular media heating device can dissipate, but in some Indicates the performance of the device. For example, the power required to heat the charge is related to its material, heating temperature, ambient humidity and the structure of the electrode system. For devices operating outside the frequency band specified by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the frequency of the generator follows the resonant frequency of the output circuit, so that the output power remains fairly stable over the duty cycle even with the output circuit manually tuned . Therefore, according to this standard, the test is a good representation of the real output power under actual operating conditions. For devices working within the frequency band specified by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the frequency of the generator remains stable, but the resonant frequency of the output circuit changes with the change of the load medium parameters. Therefore, the average output power values over the duty cycle can be much lower than those obtained under test conditions. This value depends on the time response of the autotune system. This section applies to continuous normal operation of equipment under rated conditions.
