- This standard applies to household and similar applications, for indoor and outdoor use, for spraying non-flammable liquids, hand-held spray guns incorporating a container and a motor, which may be of the reciprocating or rotary type. This standard specifies the main characteristics of spray guns of interest to the user and specifies standard methods for measuring these characteristics. The safety of the hand-held electric spray gun meets the requirements of GB 3883.13. This standard neither deals with safety requirements nor specifies performance acceptance limits.
