Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of electrophoretic painted aluminum alloy building profiles. This standard is applicable to the aluminum alloy hot extrusion profiles (hereinafter referred to as electrophoretic profiles) whose surface is compounded with anodic oxidation and electrophoretic paint (water-soluble varnish) for the construction industry. Hot extruded pipes with the same purpose and surface treatment can also refer to this standard. Aluminum alloy hot-extruded profiles with the same surface treatment method used in other industries can also refer to this standard.
