Scope: This standard stipulates the type 1 large hexagonal nuts for bolted structures with thread specifications M12~M36, performance grade 10, product grade B, and 10.9 grade bolts. If other technical requirements are required, they should be selected from current standards (such as GB/T 196, GB/T 197 and GB/T 3098.2). The nuts specified in this standard are matched with bolts (such as GB/T 18230.1 or GB/T 18230.2), and the threads may be tripped due to overtightening, especially in hot-dip galvanizing.
