Scope

This standard stipulates the basic rules to be observed by relevant departments such as research, design, manufacture, test, construction and operation of relay protection and safety automatic devices in power systems. This standard applies to relay protection and safety automatic devices for power equipment and lines in 3kV and above voltage power systems.
