GB/T 9239.1-2006 Mechanical vibration. Balance quality requirements for rotors in a constant(rigid) state. Part 1: Specification and verification of balance tolerances (English Version)
This part of GB/T 9239 gives the specification for a constant state (rigid) rotor and specifies; a) balance tolerances; b) number of correction planes required; c) method of checking residual unbalance. Based on the mechanical type and maximum operating speed of a stationary (rigid) rotor, recommendations are made for its balance quality requirements. These recommendations are based on domestic and international experience. This part of GB/T 9239 specifies the acceptance criteria for residual unbalance inspection to coordinate the relationship between manufacturers and users of rotating machinery. GB/T 9239.2 discusses in detail the inspection of balance error and residual unbalance. This part of GB/T 9239 does not include rotors in flexible state. For the balance quality requirements of rotors in flexible state, see GB/T 6557.
