Scope
This standard applies to rigid rotors. See GB6558-86 "Evaluation Criteria for Balance of Flexible Rotors" and GB6557-86 "Mechanical Balance of Flexible Rotors" for the determination of permissible unbalance of quasi-rigid rotors and flexible rotors. The balance quality grade specified in this standard is 11, and the minimum specified value is given for the balance quality of various commonly used rotors; if the balance quality of the rotor is selected according to the specified value, the rotor can be made safe and stable to a large extent. It can also avoid serious omissions or excessive demands on balance requirements. In some special cases, it is necessary to accurately determine the required balance quality by measurement in the laboratory or in the field, and the above grades can be used as the basis for verification. For some rotors that deviate from the values specified in this standard due to the particularity of structure or geometric dimensions, and for rotors that have not yet specified a balance quality grade, the method specified in this standard can be determined through negotiation between the manufacturer and the user and reported to the relevant department for approval. . The provisions of this standard on the quality grade of rotor balance will continue to be added.
