Scope: This standard specifies the format and item content of the "Motor Vehicle Ex-factory Certificate". This standard applies to all types of motor vehicles (including three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks), motorcycles (including mopeds), trailers, wheeled special machinery, and incomplete vehicles (including second-class chassis and third-class chassis) ) "Motor Vehicle Ex-factory Certificate" issued after the manufacturing is completed and the inspection is qualified.
