Scope

This standard specifies an undyed polyacrylonitrile adjacent fabric suitable for assessing staining in color fastness tests. The staining properties of the polyacrylonitrile interfacing fabric to be tested shall be assessed against a standard polyacrylonitrile interfacing fabric by means of a piece of polyacrylonitrile dyed reference fabric. All reference fabrics shall be obtained from specified suppliers.
