GB/T 311.2-2002 Insulation co-ordination Part 2: Application guide for insulation co-ordination for high voltage transmission and distribution equipment
This standard will provide guidance for the correct implementation of GB 311.1-1997 "Insulation Coordination of High-Voltage Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment", so as to economically and reasonably determine the rated withstand voltage of power transmission and transformation equipment or complete sets of equipment in a three-phase AC power system, select the corresponding The standard insulation level for the highest voltage Um of the equipment. Compatible with GB 311.1, this standard applies to the phase-to-ground insulation, phase-to-phase insulation and longitudinal insulation of equipment, and is divided into two ranges according to the highest voltage of the equipment, namely scope I and scope II. The basic principles provided in this standard are also applicable to two-phase and single-phase power systems. In the guidelines, it is emphasized that it is necessary to study the insulation coordination in combination with specific projects to reasonably determine the insulation level, which is more meaningful for scope II equipment. Although GB 311.1 adopts IEC 60071-1:1993 "Insulation Coordination Part 1: Definitions, Principles and Rules" as non-equivalent, the overall structure, basic principles, relevant main contents, main considerations of insulation coordination procedures, The standard insulation level is consistent with IEC 60071-2. Therefore, this standard is equivalent to adopting IEC 60071-2: 1996 "Guidelines for the Use of Insulation Coordination Part 2". When compiling, combine our country's experience and practice, try to get close to IEC 60071-2, and widely use the information provided in IEC 60071-2 based on the existing international experience and research results.
