This part of GB/T 311 specifies the guidelines for digital calculation of insulation coordination, and puts forward generally accepted suggestions: - digital model of power system; - implementation of deterministic and statistical methods suitable for numerical calculation. This section is applicable to give information on calculation methods, modeling and examples for insulation coordination, so as to adopt the method proposed in GB/T 311.2-2002, and select the insulation level of equipment or devices according to GB/T 311.1-1997.
