This part provides requirements and suggestions for the specific implementation of software product evaluation when relevant parties need to understand, accept and trust the evaluation results. In particular, this section is used to realize the concepts described in GB/T 16260. The process described in this section defines the various activities required to analyze the evaluation requirements of various software products, specify, design and implement the evaluation, and make conclusions about the evaluation. The evaluation process can be used to evaluate existing products, or to evaluate products under development, assuming the required product components are available. This section is intended for use by: - evaluators of testing laboratories providing software evaluation services; - suppliers of software planning product evaluations, including evaluations performed by independent testing services; The purchaser of the software whose evaluation information is obtained by the testing service department; - the user of the software who evaluates the product or uses the evaluation report provided by the testing laboratory; - the certification body when defining a new certification mode for the software product.
