- This standard specifies the terms, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging and storage and transportation requirements of concentrated apple juice. This standard is applicable to concentrated apple clear juice with a soluble solid content of not less than 60.0 Brix (hereinafter referred to as "concentrated juice").
