Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, transportation and packaging of long water column and short water gun type small water flushing tools for live work. This standard is applicable to electric porcelain and glass external insulation of electrical equipment of power lines and substations with AC rated voltage of 220kV and below, and small water volume washing tools with water column as the main insulation.
