Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of long water column and short water gun type small water flushing tools for live work. This standard is applicable to power lines with AC rated voltage of 220kV and below and electrical equipment in substations with electric ceramic outer insulation and water column-based insulation for live small water flushing portable tools.
