Scope

This part of GB/T 17680 specifies the general requirements to be met by the functions and characteristics of emergency response facilities for nuclear accidents in nuclear power plants, and does not involve detailed functional design and technical performance design requirements. Facilities that are to be applied in emergency response to nuclear power plants but are part of the routine safe operation of nuclear power plants and engineered safety systems are also not covered by this standard. This section applies to the emergency planning and preparation of the operating organization of the nuclear power plant.
