- This part of GB/T 17680 stipulates the guidelines to be followed in the preparation of on-site emergency plans and corresponding emergency implementation procedures of nuclear power plants, and puts forward requirements and suggestions for the format and content of emergency plans and implementation procedures. This section applies to emergency preparedness and response for various land-based fixed nuclear power plants, and other nuclear facilities may refer to it.
