This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of light rare earth carbonate. This standard is applicable to the light rare earth carbonate produced by chemical method, which mainly uses light rare earth ore as raw material. It is mainly used as a raw material for separating single rare earth products, producing rare earth polishing powder, or as a raw material for the production of mixed rare earth oxides for electrolysis.
