Scope
This standard specifies the index requirements for cakes and bread, food additives, hygienic requirements for production and processing, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation requirements and inspection methods. This standard is applicable to various cakes and breads made from grain, oil, sugar, eggs, etc. as the main raw materials, with the addition of appropriate amount of auxiliary materials, through preparation, molding, cooking and other processes.
