Scope
This standard specifies the index requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements in the production and processing process, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation requirements and inspection methods of biscuit foods. This standard applies to biscuit-like foods made from grain flour, oil, sugar, etc. as the main raw materials, with the addition of appropriate amount of auxiliary materials, through powder mixing, molding, baking and other processes.
