This standard specifies the method for the determination of pentachloronitrobenzene residues in food. This standard applies to the determination of pentachloronitrobenzene residues in grains and vegetables. The detection limit of this method is 5×10-3ng; the minimum detectable concentration is 0.005mg/kg when the grain sample is 5.0g; the minimum detectable concentration when the vegetable sample is 1.0g is 0.01mg/kg. The linear range of the standard curve is 0.005μg/mL~0.150μg/mL.
