This standard specifies the terms and definitions, index requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements during production and processing, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation requirements and inspection methods of solid beverages. This standard is applicable to solid beverages made of fruit juice, animal and vegetable protein, plant extracts and other raw materials, and the moisture content of the product is not higher than 5.09/lO09. This standard does not apply to unbaked solid beverages processed with cocoa as raw materials.
