Scope
This standard specifies the hygienic requirements for beverage factory environment, plant and facilities, equipment, institutions and personnel, hygiene management, raw materials, production process, quality management, production personnel, storage and transportation of finished products, etc. This standard applies to water, fruits, vegetables (including edible roots, stems, flowers, leaves, fruits, edible fungi, edible algae and ferns), pulp, sugar, flavors and fragrances, liquid carbon dioxide and other food additives. Raw materials, factories producing carbonated beverages, fruit juices and fruit juice beverages, vegetable juices and vegetable juice beverages, milk-containing beverages, lactic acid bacteria beverages, vegetable protein beverages, tea beverages, solid beverages, special-purpose beverages and other beverages.
