Scope

This specification stipulates the hygienic requirements for the production raw materials, factory design and facilities, sanitation management, production personnel, processing technology, finished product storage and transportation of beverage factories. This standard applies to factories that produce carbonated beverages, non-carbonated beverages, mineral beverages, and solid beverages using fruit juice (or vegetable juice), sugar, water, sour agents, flavors and fragrances, and other food additives as raw materials.
