- This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Gaoyou salted duck eggs, the scope of protection of geographical indication products, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to the geographical indication product Gaoyou Salted Duck Egg approved for protection by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products". This standard is also applicable to Gaoyou double-yellow salted duck eggs and soft canned Gaoyou salted duck eggs.
