This standard specifies the method for the determination of selenium in food by fluorescence method and hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of selenium in various foods. The detection limit of the first method is 3ng, and the linear range is 0.01μg~0.2μg; the second method is 0.5ng/mL, and the linear range is 0ng/mL~400ng/mL.
