- This standard specifies the common terms and characteristics that represent the working performance of analog rate meters, and establishes a set of test methods to verify their characteristics. This standard is applicable to linear analog counting rate meters and logarithmic analog counting rate meters within the ordinary measurement range (0.1s-1～106s-1). The analog counting rate meter (hereinafter referred to as the rate meter) can be a separate instrument or a part of other instruments.
