Scope

This standard specifies the environmental noise emission limits and measurement methods at the boundary of industrial enterprises and fixed equipment. This standard applies to the management, evaluation and control of noise emissions from industrial enterprises. Organs, public institutions, groups and other units that emit noise to the external environment also follow this standard.
