- This part of GB/T 9345 specifies the general methods and suitable test conditions for the determination of ash content in various plastics (resins and mixtures). The specific conditions for all selections of a certain material can be specified in the material specification of the plastic. Specific test conditions for plastics containing reinforcing glass fibers, fillers and/or certain additives will be specified in other parts of GB/T 9345 related to specific types of plastics (see the preface).
