Scope
This part of GB/T 19290 is a detailed specification for electronic devices and systems designed in accordance with the sub-specifications of GB/T 19290.2, which are partially or fully applicable to all electronic fields. The purpose of this standard is to specify the dimensions to ensure the mechanical interchangeability of subracks, enclosures, inserts, backplanes and panels. In the sub-standard GB/T 19290.2, the value of the 25 mm-based three-dimensional modular subrack system and the principle of doubling the height of the subrack have been included. The dimensions listed in the tables in this part are based on the one of GB/T 19290.2 subrack system. However, as long as the relationship between dimensions remains unchanged, that is, the coordinated dimensions Hs and Hso...etc., Ws and Wso given in Table 1 to Table 3 … etc., and the dimensional differences between Ds and Dso… etc. remain unchanged, this detail specification is valid for all sub-specification systems covered by this sectional specification. The size of the subrack is related to the determined installation size of the cabinet and rack, see GB/T 19290.3. The size of the panel is related to the installation size of the determined cabinet and rack, see GB/T 19290.3. Subracks are used to hold plug-ins that support electrical and electronic components and mechanical parts. The electrical connection between the card and the subrack depends on the use of connectors. All dimensions are in millimeters and illustrations are in first angle projection.
