Scope: This part of GB/T 17564 stipulates in the public dictionary: ——Definitions of data element types of electrical components and materials for electrical equipment and systems; ——Definitions of component categories and related classification schemes; These definitions are consistent with electrical components ( Including electronic, electromechanical components and materials used in electrical equipment and systems). The purpose of this standard is to provide a uniquely identifiable set of data element types in the following manner: — the precise and unambiguous content of the definition; — the specified value format; — the specified value range of the non-quantitative data element type. The Component Classification Schema, Component Class Definition (assigning relevant and valid characteristic features to each type of component through a specific data element type) is used to accurately meta-ambiguously define the data element types and make the entire set of data element types manageable. The set of data element types in this section is intended for use in computerized systems for component selection and component management, parts list processing, and computer-aided design, manufacturing, and testing.
